Arthur Leung built Victoria into a pillar of Asian skateboarding by smuggling decks home from his San Francisco-to-Hong Kong flights. The brand takes its name from Victoria Harbour and now anchors the scene across the region.

Signature: graphic decks and outerwear that reinterpret Hong Kong's east-meets-west aesthetic — neon signage, traditional motifs, late-night street energy. Collaborated with photographer Patrik Wallner on the documentary series.
