Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, you can return full-price items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
ALL SALE AND ARCHIVE SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE — NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
Return Conditions
- Full-price items only — sale and discounted items cannot be returned.
- Within 30 days of delivery date.
- Unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
- Customer pays return shipping. We recommend tracked and insured shipping.
- Footwear must be returned with the shoe box intact, protected by outer packaging.
- Underwear and intimates cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Include your original receipt or order confirmation. We process returns within 5 business days of arrival. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
International Returns
If returning from outside Canada, mark the package "RETURNED GOODS" and tick the "Return Goods" option on the customs declaration form to avoid import charges. Gallery Streetwear is not responsible for return customs charges.
