International orders use weight-based rates in CAD: $28 / $45 / $70 / $100. Final shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and weight.

We ship from Kelowna, BC. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days across Canada. US orders typically arrive within 4–8 business days. International shipping times vary by destination.

Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Rates are weight-based in CAD: 0–0.5kg $28 · 0.5–1kg $45 · 1–2kg $70 · 2kg+ $100. Delivery times and any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Yes. We offer free in-store pickup at our downtown Kelowna location at 588 Bernard Avenue. Select "Pick up in store" at checkout. Orders are typically ready same day or next business day.

We accept returns on full-price items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Footwear must be returned with the shoe box intact. Sale and archive items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers cover return shipping — we recommend a tracked service.

We are not affiliated with Gallery Dept (Gallery Department), the Los Angeles luxury label founded by Josué Thomas. The two are separate businesses. Gallery Streetwear is a multi-brand retailer — we curate and sell brands like Dime MTL, New Balance, Malbon Golf and more, rather than producing our own label.
