Refund policy

At Gallery Streetwear, we want you to love your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before initiating a return.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging attached
  • Not marked as final sale

Items marked as final sale are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstance.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at info@gallerystreetwear.ca with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive a return label to download and print.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • The return must be shipped from either Canada or the USA.
  • All returns must be mailed back within the 30-day window after delivery.

Return Method

We offer two convenient return methods for our customers:

In-Store: You may return your item directly at our physical location:
588 Bernard Avenue, Kelowna, British Columbia V1Y 6P2, Canada.

By Mail: You can also return your item by mail. Please ensure it is securely packaged and shipped to the return address provided in your return label instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Restocking Fee

All accepted returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund total. This fee helps cover handling, inspection, and restocking processes.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification confirming approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed in CAD (Canadian Dollars)
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider

Return Shipping Label

After your return request is approved, a downloadable/printable return label will be provided via email. You can print and attach it to your return package and drop it off at the specified carrier location.

Return Label Cost

We provide free return shipping labels for eligible return requests. Customers will not incur any cost for return labels when the return meets our policy conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Worn or damaged items not due to our error
  • Items returned without prior authorization

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the item as outlined above and place a new order for your desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible, either through a replacement or full refund (without restocking fee or return shipping cost).
