Refund policy

At Gallery Streetwear, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Please review our return, exchange, and refund policy carefully before initiating a return.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the delivery date. To qualify, the item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging attached
  • Footwear must be returned in its original box

Full-price items

  • Returns accepted within 30 days for a full refund
  • Exchanges accepted within 30 days, subject to stock availability

Promotional & sale items

  • All sales final — no refunds
  • Exchanges accepted within 30 days, subject to stock availability, at the original promotional price

Archive Sale items

  • All sales final — no returns or exchanges
  • Archive Sale items are clearly marked at the time of purchase

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at info@gallerystreetwear.ca with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1 business day with instructions and a return address.

Return Method

In-Store: Return your item directly at our physical location — 588 Bernard Avenue, Kelowna, British Columbia V1Y 6P2, Canada.

By Mail: Securely package your item and ship it to the return address provided in our response. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on size, fit, or change-of-mind returns and exchanges. Gallery Streetwear will cover return shipping only when the item received is incorrect or defective (see below).

Wrong or Defective Items

If you receive the wrong item or your item arrives defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@gallerystreetwear.ca. Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll receive an email notification confirming approval.

  • Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving your return
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, in CAD (Canadian Dollars)
  • Funds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer

Non-Returnable Items

  • Archive Sale items (final sale, no returns or exchanges)
  • Promotional and sale items (no refunds; exchanges only)
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items not due to our error
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window
