Shipping policy

At Gallery Streetwear, we’re committed to providing a premium and reliable shipping experience, whether you're located in Canada, United States, or Internationally. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days
  • Processing Days: Monday to Sunday
  • Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time)
  • Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Within Canada

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses
  • Some international regions may be excluded due to carrier limitations or customs restrictions
  • Oversized or restricted items may not qualify for all shipping services

Currency

All transactions on our store are processed in the local currency of the region:

  • Canada and International: All prices and payments are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
  • United States: All prices and payments are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

If you are shopping from outside these regions, your payment provider may convert your purchase into your local currency, and additional conversion fees may apply. Such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order is shipped
  • Orders shipped via UPS or Purolator include full tracking
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after shipment

Duties and Taxes (U.S. Orders Only)

U.S. customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by U.S. Customs. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs. Refused shipments due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for refunds.

Failed or Delayed Delivery

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  1. Confirm the shipping address was entered correctly.
  2. Check with household members or neighbors.
  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

If the issue persists, please notify us within 5 business days of the marked delivery. While we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, we’ll support you in resolving any lost, delayed, or misdelivered shipments. We cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for orders reported lost after this time window.

Changes & Cancellations

We are happy to accommodate changes or cancellations before your order is processed and shipped. If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please email us at info@gallerystreetwear.ca as soon as possible.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel the shipment. In this case, you may refer to our Return Policy once the item is delivered.

Holiday Shipping Notice

Shipping carriers may experience delays during peak holiday periods, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas. We advise customers to place their orders early to avoid unexpected delays.
