At Gallery Streetwear, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly, securely, and affordably — whether you're shopping locally in Kelowna, across Canada, the United States, or internationally.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship across Canada, the United States, and to select international destinations. All orders are shipped from our physical storefront in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST are processed the next business day.
- During major sale events or holidays, processing times may extend to up to 7 business days.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Canada
- Standard Shipping: $17.00 CAD
- Free Tracked Shipping: Orders over $175.00 CAD (before tax and discounts)
- Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days
United States
- Standard Shipping: $25.00 CAD
- Free Tracked Shipping: Orders over $250.00 CAD (before tax and discounts)
- Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
International
We ship to select countries, including (but not limited to): United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and more.
- International Flat Rate (where applicable): $55.00 CAD
- Estimated delivery: Displayed at checkout based on destination and service selected
Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees charged by their country.
Delivery Times Are Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
Local Pickup — Kelowna, BC
Free in-store pickup is available at checkout.
Pickup Location: 588 Bernard Avenue, Kelowna, BC, Canada
- Pickup orders are typically ready within 24–48 hours
- You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready
- No tracking numbers are provided for local pickup orders
Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
Gallery Streetwear is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing delays
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. If your package is delayed or missing, contact us promptly and we'll assist in working with the carrier where possible.
