- Free tracked shipping on all orders over $150 CAD (before tax).
- Orders under $150 ship by weight: under 0.5 kg $8.95 · 0.5–1 kg $13.95 · 1–2 kg $18.95 · over 2 kg $24.95 (CAD).
- Applies to all products — full-price, sale, and archive items.
- All orders ship from Kelowna, BC within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Tracking is included on every shipment.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Shipping — United States
- Calculated by weight: under 0.5 kg $16 · 0.5–1 kg $26 · 1–2 kg $38 · over 2 kg $55 (CAD). No free shipping threshold.
- Ships from Kelowna, BC. Delivery in 4–8 business days.
- Tracking included.
- Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

- Calculated by weight: under 0.5 kg $28 · 0.5–1 kg $45 · 1–2 kg $70 · over 2 kg $100 (CAD).
- Delivery times vary by destination.

Returns — Full-Price Items
- 30-day returns on unworn, full-price items with tags attached and in original condition.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Footwear must be returned in the original box.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
- To start a return, email info@gallerystreetwear.ca with your order number.
Returns — Sale & Archive Items
- All sale and archive items are final sale.
- No returns, exchanges, or refunds on discounted items.
Local Pickup
- Free local pickup is available at our store: 588 Bernard Ave, Kelowna, BC V1Y 6P2.
- Select "Local Pickup" at checkout.
- You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect.
- Store hours: Tue–Sat 11am–6pm, Sun–Mon 12pm–5pm.
