Shipping Locations

We currently ship across Canada, the United States, and to select international destinations.
All orders are shipped from our physical storefront in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST are processed the next business day.

• During major sale events or holidays, processing times may extend to up to 7 business days.

• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Canada

• Standard Shipping (3–9 business days): $17.00 CAD

• Free Tracked Shipping: Orders over $150.00 CAD (before tax and discounts)

United States

• Standard Shipping (4–8 business days): $25.00 CAD

• Free Tracked Shipping: Orders over $250.00 CAD (before tax and discounts)

International Shipping

We ship to select countries, including (but not limited to):
United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and more.

• Transit Time: Displayed at checkout

• International Flat Rate (where applicable): $55.00 CAD

Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees charged by their country.
