At Gallery Streetwear, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly, securely, and affordably — whether you're shopping locally in Kelowna, across Canada, the United States, or internationally.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across Canada, the United States, and to select international destinations. All orders are shipped from our physical storefront in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT are processed the next business day.
• During major sale events or holidays, processing times may extend to up to 5 business days.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Canada

• FREE tracked shipping on orders over $150 CAD (before tax and discounts).
• Under $150, weight-based rates from $8.95:
  • 0 – 0.5 kg — $8.95
  • 0.5 – 1 kg — $13.95
  • 1 – 2 kg — $18.95
  • 2 kg + — $24.95
• Ships from Kelowna, BC in 1–2 business days. Delivery 2–7 business days.

United States

• Weight-based rates in CAD:
  • 0 – 0.5 kg — $16 CAD
  • 0.5 – 1 kg — $26 CAD
  • 1 – 2 kg — $38 CAD
  • 2 kg + — $55 CAD
• Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days.

International

We ship to select countries, including (but not limited to): United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and more.

• Weight-based rates in CAD (where available):
  • 0 – 0.5 kg — $28 CAD
  • 0.5 – 1 kg — $45 CAD
  • 1 – 2 kg — $70 CAD
  • 2 kg + — $100 CAD
• Estimated delivery: displayed at checkout based on destination and service selected.

Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees charged by their country.

Delivery Times Are Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

Local Pickup — Kelowna, BC

Free in-store pickup is available at checkout.

Pickup Location: 588 Bernard Avenue, Kelowna, BC, Canada

• Pickup orders are typically ready within 24–48 hours.
• You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready.
• No tracking numbers are provided for local pickup orders.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

Gallery Streetwear is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Customs processing delays
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. If your package is delayed or missing, contact us promptly and we'll assist in working with the carrier where possible.

Damage in Transit

Every order is inspected and packed securely before it leaves our store in Kelowna. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, it is out of our hands, and responsibility for loss or damage in transit passes to the carrier under their terms of carriage.

Gallery Streetwear is not responsible for damage that occurs after a parcel has been accepted by the carrier. We are, however, happy to help you recover it from them.

If your order arrives damaged:

• Keep everything — the item, the box, and all packaging. Carriers will not consider a claim without the original packaging.
• Photograph it within 48 hours of delivery — the outer box, the packaging inside, and the item itself.
• Email us at info@gallerystreetwear.ca with your order number and those photos.

We will file or support a claim with the carrier on your behalf and pass on whatever they settle. Carrier claims typically take 2–4 weeks to resolve.

Please note that soft goods — leather accessories, knitwear, headwear and similar — can arrive creased or compressed from transit. This is normal and usually settles out within a few days. Contact us if it does not and we will help.
