Shipping Locations
We currently ship across Canada, the United States, and select international countries. All orders are shipped from our physical storefront in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

We offer free tracked shipping on orders that meet the following thresholds:

• Canada: Free shipping on orders over $125 CAD

• USA: Free shipping on orders over $250 CAD

• International: Standard rates apply (see below)

If your order doesn’t qualify for free shipping, real-time rates will appear at checkout based on your region and package size. All shipping rates are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied by their country.

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During holiday seasons or sales, please allow up to 7 business days due to increased order volume. You will receive an email with tracking once your order is shipped.

We currently ship to: United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and more.

• Carrier: UPS or Purolator (via discounted Shopify rates)

• Services: Up to 6 options available at checkout

• Transit Time: Displayed at checkout

• Handling Fee: 40% handling fee applied to the carrier rate

Final rates are shown at checkout based on weight and destination. Customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes.

FREE In-Store Pickup – Kelowna, BC
Select In-Store Pickup at checkout to collect your order from:
588 Bernard Ave, Kelowna, BC, Canada
Pickup is free and ready in 2–4 business days. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready. No tracking numbers are provided for local pickups.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Canadian holidays)

• Orders placed after 2 PM PST are processed the next business day

• No processing or shipping on weekends or holidays

Estimated Delivery Times

• Canada: 2–7 business days

• USA: 5–10 business days

• International: Shown at checkout depending on service
