A 100% cotton denim jacket cut inside-out — the reversed indigo face gives you the pale side of the twill with hexagon rivets and custom metal buttons.
The Reversed Indigo colourway is the whole point of this jacket. Dime ran the 100% cotton denim so the back of the twill faces out, which means a chalky, washed-looking indigo that reads much lighter than a standard jean jacket and picks up wear fast.
Construction is workwear-grade rather than fashion-grade: pleats at the front for shoulder room, custom shanks, custom hexagon rivets at the stress points, and a button-hole front closure running custom metal buttons instead of snaps.
Dime's woven label sits at the bottom hem — the only branding on the piece. It layers over a hoodie and under a shell, which is exactly how Montreal wears it from September onward.
Dime styles run relaxed and oversized — size down one for a more fitted look, or wear true to size for the intended silhouette. For outerwear, consider sizing up one if you plan to layer heavily underneath.
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Hang to dry — tumble drying degrades technical shell fabrics and waterproof coatings. Re-apply a DWR spray after several washes to maintain water repellency. Do not iron or dry clean.
