New Balance M1000 – Black / Black Cement
Final sale • Free shipping over $175 • $17 under • No returns or exchanges
Black on black cement — the M1000 is an archival reference that earns every bit of its reputation.
The New Balance M1000 dates to 1999 and carries with it all the technical specificity of that era: ABZORB heel cushioning, a structured upper, and a silhouette that reads more considered than most modern retro runners. Black on Black Cement is a colourway that lets the construction speak instead of the colour.
This is a shoe for people who know the lineage — the M1000's place in NB's archival history sits alongside the 990 and 998 as one of the brand's most respected models. Wearing it well is the only thing required.
New Balance fits true to size across most lifestyle models. The 9060, 990, and 2002 series have a slightly roomier toe box — size down half if you prefer a snug fit. If between sizes, size up half.
Wipe the upper with a damp cloth or soft brush after each wear. For mesh or knit uppers, use a dedicated sneaker cleaner and a soft brush. Air dry only — do not machine wash or tumble dry. Rotate your pairs to extend the life of each shoe.
