Returning an Order

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, exchange, or credit note.

Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs. You can use your local postal service or a courier to return the item to us. We highly recommend opting for a tracked service and keeping the tracking information safe. Be sure to include your original receipt with the returned item.

The speed of return processing largely depends on the shipping service you choose. We generally aim to process returns within 5 working days of their arrival at our store.

Important Information to Note:

  • Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your order for a full refund, exchange, or credit note.
  • Condition of Items: All returned items must be in their original, resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging if applicable).
  • Hygiene Policy: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear.
  • Packaging: Please ensure all returned items are well packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
  • Footwear Returns: If returning footwear, please ensure the shoe box is protected with an outer packaging layer. Damage to the shoe box may result in the return being refused.
  • Sale Items: We do not accept returns on sale items.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping Responsibility: We are not responsible for damaged or lost items in return transit. We strongly advise using a tracked and insured postal service.
  • International Returns: If returning an item from outside Canada, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS' and ensure the 'Return Goods' option is ticked on the customs declaration form to avoid import charges and taxes. Gallery Streetwear is not responsible for any return customs charges.
  • Monitoring Returns: We monitor returns closely to prevent commercial or fraudulent activity. Frequent or repetitive returns may result in account closure or refusal of future orders.
