Do On Cloud Shoes Run Small? On Running Sizing & Fit (Canada, 2026)
We do not publish our own On sizing rule. On publishes a size chart for every model at on.com, and that chart — not a rule of thumb repeated across the internet — is the thing to size from. The On models we actually carry
Before sizing, it helps to know what is on the wall. Gallery currently stocks eight On styles:

We do not stock the Cloud 5, the Cloudsurfer, the Cloudgo or the Cloudmonster 2. If a guide elsewhere on this site once implied otherwise, this list is the correct one.
How to size an On, honestly
There is no Gallery rule for On. We are not going to tell you to size up half, or that the brand runs narrow, because we have no published source for either claim and inventing one is how people end up with a shoe that does not fit.
What we can point you to:
- On's own size chart, published per model at on.com. Measure your foot and compare it to the chart for the specific style you want.
- Our size guide at gallerystreetwear.ca/pages/size-guide, which walks through measuring and converting.
- Trying them on at 588 Bernard Ave, Kelowna, BC. Two minutes in the shop settles what no article can.
We also will not publish a cross-brand conversion. Your size in Nike or adidas does not carry across to On — no brand publishes a shared last, so any conversion would be made up.
