Cloud 5 — the everyday On

The Cloud 5 is On's most worn silhouette globally. Speed-lace system, soft Helion foam, and the classic CloudTec pods. Comfortable enough to run 5K in, clean enough to wear with denim. If you've never tried On before, this is the place to start.

Cloudmonster 2 — maximum cushion

The Cloudmonster 2 is On's plushest daily trainer — 35mm stack, oversized CloudTec pods, dual-density Helion foam, and a nylon Speedboard. Built for long road runs, high mileage, and anyone who wants the softest On you can buy. Also — quietly — one of the most comfortable shoes on the store-floor for standing all day.

Cloudsurfer — responsive daily trainer

CloudTec Phase cushioning, softer than the Cloud 5 but more responsive than the Cloudmonster. The pick for midfoot strikers and 10K runners chasing PBs.

Cloudtilt — On meets Loewe (and now post-Loewe)

The Cloudtilt started as an On × Loewe collaboration and graduated to On's core range. The tilted CloudTec geometry, distinct silhouette, and premium materials make it the most streetwear-coded On in the range. Limited colourways — they move fast.

On Running sizing in Canada

• Cloud 5, Cloudsurfer, Cloudmonster 2 — most customers stay true to size. The forefoot runs slightly narrow — if you have a wider foot, go up half a size.
• Cloudtilt — runs true to size. The tilted geometry can feel unusual for the first 20 minutes of wear — that's the design.
• Coming from New Balance 1906R? Stay the same size. Coming from Nike? Consider half size up — Nike generally runs smaller.

What is CloudTec?

CloudTec is On's patented cushioning system — a row of individual hollow pods on the outsole that compress independently on landing and firm up on take-off. It's what gives every On a recognisable feel. In the Cloudmonster 2 and Cloudsurfer, the pods are paired with a Speedboard plate and Helion superfoam for extra energy return.
