Rassvet — stylised as ПACCBET in Cyrillic — is the Russian skate label founded by Gosha Rubchinskiy and Tolia Titaev in 2018. After Gosha stepped back from his namesake fashion label, Rassvet became the vehicle for what he does best: capturing the specific energy of post-Soviet Russian skate culture and translating it into garments that read differently from every other brand on the shelf.

Rassvet (Russian for "dawn") launched as the official partner of the Paccbet skate team, featuring skaters from across the former Soviet Union. The brand is built around the skate team rather than a fashion-first design ethos — which is why the garments feel honest. Graphics often reference 90s–2000s Russia, Cyrillic-first typography, and the distinct visual language Gosha pioneered in his Gucci × Gosha and namesake eras.
