Gallery carries Butter Goods at 588 Bernard Ave, Kelowna, and ships across Canada — free over $150, out in 1–3 days.

About this collection

Butter Goods comes out of Perth, Western Australia, which is about as far from a skate industry hub as you can get. That's largely the point. The brand built a look — workwear cuts, archive-referencing graphics, heavy cotton — without pretending to be from New York or LA, and released at its own pace rather than the industry's.

Hoodies and fleece

On the rail right now: the Solar Zip-Thru Hood in royal, which is the deepest hood we hold, the Stretch Zip-Thru Hood in snow camo, the Thorn Camo Waffle Zip-Thru in black, and two pullovers — the Ripstop Logo Applique Hood in red and the Warped Pullover Hood in purple. Knitwear sits alongside them: the Speckle Knit Sweater in copper and the Panel 1/4 Zip Sweater in ash.

Not in the current range: the Wired Zip-Thru, the Work Hoodie and the Angel Hooded Sweatshirt are not styles we have in stock — the Wired range sold through and Butter has moved on from it. If you are after a specific Butter hood, email info@gallerystreetwear.ca and we'll tell you honestly whether we can get it.

Corduroy, denim and bottoms

We have no corduroy in the current Butter range. Corduroy is what a lot of people associate with Butter Goods, and we have carried it before, but there is none on the shelf today — we would rather say that than have you order blind.

What we do have is denim, and a lot of it. Jeans: the Wide Cut in faded brown wash, the Thorn Camo Wide Cut in washed indigo, Solar Fade in grey wash, Relaxed in selvedge blue and in washed indigo, and the Stitch Denim in black. Shorts: the Scribble Denim Shorts in washed black — the deepest single style in the whole Butter range here — plus Scribble in mid blue, Baggy in distressed indigo and vintage indigo, Drummer Baggy, Encounter and the Weathergear in faded blue. One jacket: the Grid Denim Jacket in indigo, in M, L and XL.

Sizing, measured off the live size runs: the wide-cut and selvedge jeans are cut 28 to 42; the Stitch and Relaxed jeans run 28–34 and 28–36; denim shorts run 28 to 38. Not every wash is cut in every size. We don't publish a sizing rule for Butter Goods — use the measurements in our size guide, or come in to 588 Bernard Ave, Kelowna BC and we'll fit you.

Tees, polos, headwear and accessories

Graphic tees on heavy cotton with a boxy cut — the Black Moses Tee in washed black, the Terminal Tee in red, the Warped Tee in chestnut and the Tide Tee in ash. Polos through the colder months: the Camo Polo in woodland, the Witness Stripe Polo in tan and ivory and the Stars Polo in black.

Headwear is the deepest category here. Skully beanies in the Ribbed, Stencil, Solar and Warped patterns, the Tall Warfie Beanie — our deepest headwear style — plus the Warfie, Porto, Sketch Cuff, Halftone Cuff, Encounter, Connection, Love Dance and Fade beanies. Caps: the Stencil Trucker in leopard, the Sketch Trucker, the Collegiate 6 Panel in cherry, the Stars 6 Panel, the Warped 5 Panel in forest camo and the Trumpet 5 Panel in navy. There are no bucket hats in the current range.

Also here and easy to miss: belts — the Animal Hide Belt in deer and cow, the Studded Belt in brown and green, the Leather Braided Belt, the Logo Woven and the Equipment Woven in camo — Warped and Scribble socks, three bags (the Commute Side Bag in navy, the Crossbody Bag and the Express Shoulder Bag in army), the Stars keychain and a Pink Jeremiah plushie.

The autumn/winter range has landed — tees, hoods, jeans, polos, knitwear, belts, socks and headwear. Sizes are shallow on most styles, often one per size, and Butter doesn't restock within a season.

Not right now. There is no corduroy in our current Butter Goods range — the bottoms in stock today are denim jeans and denim shorts, plus one denim jacket.

What sizes does Butter Goods denim come in?
The wide-cut and selvedge jeans are cut 28 to 42, the Stitch and Relaxed jeans 28 to 34 and 28 to 36, and the denim shorts 28 to 38. Not every wash is cut in every size.
