The Wallabee has been in production since 1967 and has been adopted by more subcultures than almost any other shoe — Jamaican sound system culture, Wu-Tang, British mod revival, and now whoever is buying them this year. It's a moccasin construction on a crepe sole, and it doesn't really look like anything else.

Sizing and wear

Clarks Originals run generous — most people size down half, particularly on the Wallabee. Crepe soles need a break-in and they don't love wet Okanagan winters; they're a three-season shoe here unless you're careful.
