Andy Netkin co-founded Primitive Skateboards in 2008 with Paul Rodriguez and partners. In 2018, he and his wife Elisabetta launched Color Bars in Los Angeles to focus on officially licensed pop-culture collaborations across skate decks, tees and accessories.

Signature: officially licensed collaborations with Britney Spears, David Bowie, Aaliyah, Playboy x Andy Warhol, Boyz N the Hood, and most notably the estate of Ol' Dirty Bastard for the 30th anniversary of Return to the 36 Chambers.
